Technical Manager – Privately-Owned House Builder (Newbury) We are representing a highly reputable, privately-owned house builder based in Newbury , renowned for delivering quality homes across the region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. The Role: Oversee and manage all technical aspects of two residential developments (approx. 50 units each) within the local area. Coordinate and liaise with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage technical drawings, site logistics, and planning requirements. Work closely with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to resolve any design or construction challenges. The Candidate: Previous experience as a Technical Manager (or a Senior Technical Coordinator ready to step up) within residential housebuilding. Strong understanding of building regulations, planning, and construction processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
