Are you an Engineer with experience in HVAC, fan systems, industrial filtration, or similar, looking for a role where you can become the technical authority within a market-leading manufacturer supplying dust extraction systems to F1 teams and major manufacturers across the UK and Europe?

In this role, you will become the internal subject matter expert across all technical aspects of the product range, working closely with the sales and design teams to specify, develop, and enhance products. You will interpret British Standards, create detailed design specifications, manage suppliers, and ensure documentation and pricing are accurate across the business.

This position suits someone engineering-qualified, confident with IT systems (particularly Excel), with the drive to learn, develop, and take full responsibility for technical direction within a growing company.

The Role:

• Become the technical expert for the entire product range
• Research technologies within the dust extraction sector
• Apply British Standards to design and product development
• Create detailed design specifications and own product pricing
• Identify suppliers and third-party solutions
• Ensure all technical, sales, and build documentation is accurate
• Support marketing and product launches

The Person:

• Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Experience in HVAC, fan systems, filtration, or related industry
