Technical Maintenance Planner

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our clients team on a 6-9 month project.
This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of their facilities by managing maintenance activities and resources effectively.
The planners responsibilities include:
Converting approved work orders into work packages (time, resource, material and access requirements, method statement, draft risk assessment and contractor support as required).
Preparing the weekly maintenance schedule.
Defining the scope of the job and initiates the permit to work process.
Preparing work plans, schedules, and maintains these on a database.
Preparing cost estimates for jobs.
Preparing purchase order requisitions.
Implement SHE and Quality policy
Minimum HNC and/or relevant maintenance and or project planning and scheduling experience required .
Candidates should have a track record of improving technical competence in their own area of discipline.
Microsoft packages and SAP experience but not essential.
Rate negotiable DOE
