In the role of Learning Technical Lead, key responsibilities will include... Develop, implement and lead an innovative training and education strategy that draws on industry best practice to facilitate the transfer of relevant technical knowledge to support the delivery of business objectives across all functions. Perform needs analysis, create, design, implement, monitor and maintain the site technical training and development plan ensuring alignment with mandatory training and regulatory requirements. Work with leaders at all levels to supervise the development and maintenance of training curricula for defined job roles. Manage the Training and Development AOP to deliver the agreed strategy.
