Technical Lead Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Lead to drive delivery across a major Payments and Enterprise Technology transformation. This is a high-impact role overseeing complex technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will lead delivery across a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape, helping shape and implement modern SaaS-based solutions across technology, including Legal, Compliance, Controls and Procurement. The role requires strong stakeholder management, good technical judgment, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery. This role is based in London (hybrid) Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methods. Work with business stakeholders to shape feasible solutions, manage expectations and agree delivery timelines. Partner with engineers, product managers, QA and other technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring strong governance and controls. Manage change requests, vendor relationships and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support continuous improvement by adopting modern approaches and staying current with industry trends. What we’re looking for Strong technical background, with recent experience delivering SaaS solutions. Proven experience in Enterprise Technology, ideally across Technology, Risk, Finance or HR. Senior-level experience leading technology change in a complex environment. Experience managing multiple vendors and integrating across SaaS and cloud data platforms. xehkeey Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and problem-solving skills.
