This senior, client‑facing role is responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality technical solutions for client onboarding and migration projects. Alongside hands‑on technical delivery, the Technical Lead provides line management to a member of the technical team, ensuring strong performance, effective resource allocation, and ongoing professional development. Location: modern offices situated within Hoults Yard on the edge of the Ouseburn Valley; vibrant community with cafés, leisure facilities, and local businesses. Responsibilities

Design and deliver bespoke onboarding and migration solutions using TSQL, XML/XSLT, and automation tooling such as TypeScript or Office Script. Collaborate closely with client‑facing teams and provide technical consultancy. Provide line management to a technical team member—support performance, development, and effective resource planning. Champion best practices, documentation, and compliance with data protection and security standards.

About You

Experienced technical consultant with deep expertise in TSQL and strong experience with XML/XSLT and automation technologies. Solid background in data migration and client delivery, comfortable working with modern development and collaboration tools. Preferably familiar with the Cintra iQ platform. Confident communicator and leader with proven ability to mentor and develop others, strong problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to data security, compliance, and high‑quality delivery.
