Mechanical Technical Services Lead for a major commercial development in King's Cross. This Mechanical-biased Lead role is a hands‑on management position overseeing a small mechanical engineering team. The Role - Technical Lead
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Leading 4 Mechanical Engineers Overseeing mechanical maintenance and plant performance Supporting budgets, PPM strategies and continuous improvement Managing contractors and coordinating specialist works Acting as the mechanical point of escalation on site
Requirements - Technical
Mechanical background with leadership or supervisory experience Experience managing engineers in a commercial environment Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems Confident communicator with a collaborative management style Able to balance hands‑on support with team leadership
