Technical Lead | 2 x week London | £90,000 - £120,000 + benefits |

We're working with a London based finance SaaS company that is scaling its engineering capability and looking to hire a Technical Lead to support the delivery of high quality, scalable software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and help shape system design within a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

You'll play a key role in translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions while mentoring developers and driving best practices.

As Technical Lead, you'll take ownership of key services and contribute to the architecture and delivery of new features and enhancements. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, manage technical priorities, and support continuous improvement across development processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

✔️5+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years working in either Scala, Java, Golang, or Node.
✔️Strong experience designing and delivering production-grade services, working with relational databases and SQL, and operating in Linux/Unix environments.
✔️Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders is highly desirable.

The role suits someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and supporting team development.

Experience working within a SaaS financial services business would also be desirable.
