We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer (Welding) to join a major infrastructure project in Somerset. This is a high-impact, site-based role where you'll be at the forefront of resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring technical excellence across construction, installation, and commissioning phases. You'll operate within a multidisciplinary technical team, driving resolution of critical design and site issues while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and engineering integrity.
