ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Estimator to join our technical estimating team. This is a hands-on role focused on asset data collection, technical assessment, and producing cost-effective and accurate quotations for building services. You will assist the Commercial Solutions Director and estimating team in creating accurate, competitive pricing for building services contracts with a technical background in HVAC and MEP systems, supporting both bids and operations with technical insight and solutions. The role includes asset verification and tagging for cost alignment and requires frequent travel across the UK. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Review and analyse tender/project specifications, drawings, and documentation to comprehensively understand the scope and requirements of PPM contracts and project works.
