BaseOne is hiring a Technical Delivery Senior Manager to join a high-impact programme supporting the delivery of data operations, reporting frameworks, and technical project leadership across a large organisation.
This is a strategic role youll sit at the intersection of technology and delivery, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring technical solutions meet real business needs. Youll bring together the right people, tools, and thinking to make projects move faster and smarter.
What Youll Be Doing Client Strategy & Solution Design
Align data and reporting projects with broader business strategy.
Project & Delivery Leadership
Implement agile delivery methods where suitable.
Data, Reporting & Automation Focus
Guide teams on the delivery of robust, high-integrity data pipelines and BI reporting tools.
Help improve marketing and business performance through better use of data.
Lead on QA and performance monitoring of data products and dashboards.
Faster project delivery with fewer blockers and delays.
Consistent, high-quality reporting outputs.
Strong relationships between delivery, technical, and business teams.
Innovation in how data is used, visualised, and delivered.
Power BI (Desktop & Service)
Microsoft Excel
SharePoint & Teams
Have 5+ years in technical delivery, data operations, or BI project management.
Understand data workflows, pipelines, and reporting frameworks end-to-end.
Have a background or strong interest in marketing analytics or digital data strategy.
