This role is a Technical Delivery Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract for our Core Banking Transformation programme. How you'll make a difference As a Technical Delivery Manager you will deliver the data migration reconciliation workstream, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation and loading of data from legacy platforms into our new core ecosystem. You will collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure and Security teams and focus on designing, building, deploying and configuring third‑party tooling within the Society's infrastructure estate. You will take end‑to‑end technical delivery and transition into live service of software and IT infrastructure components in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and third‑party suppliers, using appropriate delivery approaches for each phase. What you'll bring to the role

Strong experience in a similar Technology Delivery or Senior IT Project Management role involving end‑to‑end delivery of complex software and IT infrastructure solutions. Proven track record in delivering projects following Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) as well as Waterfall. A proactive, influential approach to stakeholder management, bringing people along on the journey. Confidence to work independently and at pace, remaining calm, adaptable and focused as priorities evolve.
