Technical Delivery Manager - AWS

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software and infrastructure projects. Duration: 12 months, with weekly travel to the London area.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to transition into live service.
Manage risks, dependencies, and technical delivery timelines.
Champion Agile and continuous improvement across teams.
Maintain accurate delivery records and governance reporting.
10+ years of experience with AWS.
~ Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
~ Proven background delivering digital projects within government, consultancy, or agency environments.
~ Expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
