You'll be working across integrations, data, and systems, helping customers connect complex platforms and making sure everything runs as it should.Responsibilities of the Technical Delivery Lead Own delivery across integrations, reporting, data migrations, and system configurationLead a distributed team covering integrations, data reporting and delivery.Distributing tasks among team members, balancing commitments and priorities, owning delivery timelines.Write and manage SQL queries to support integrations and resolve data issuesAct as the go-to escalation point for complex technical challengesLead and coordinate a small, distributed team, setting priorities and supporting deliveryPlan and track workstreams to ensure deadlines and commitments are metWork cross-functionally to manage dependencies and keep delivery on trackSupport system environments, deployments, and configuration activitiesDrive improvements through automation, AI, standardisation, and modernisationEnsure clear documentation and smooth transition into ongoing support Skills & Experience Required Strong SQL skills, confident writing complex queries and working with dataExperience with system integrations, APIs, or data feeds and ETLBackground in reporting, dashboards, or data extractionGood understanding of environments, deployments, and system configurationExperience leading others while remaining hands-onAble to manage multiple priorities and keep delivery movingStrong problem-solving mindset with a practical approachConfident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can combine technical depth with leadership, and make a real impact in a business scaling internationally.Role: Technical Delivery LeadSalary: £50,000 – £55,000 Location: Ludlow (2 days per weekJBRP1_UKTJ
