We have an opportunity for a Techncial Controller to join the team at Cooneen Protection and Aviation on a permanent basis. Based at our Fivemiletownn factory, the successful person will work in the administration components, sampling, tender and mobilisation across the two businesses'new and existing products. Responsibilities Progress tasks allocated by the Technical Project Manager against the weekly priority schedule. Attend weekly project meetings, and create and draft technical documentation for exampledraft designs, design specifications and work instructions. Create and process orders, check R&D fabric stock levels, ordering and managing data on PRIMA. Support the Product Engineer, and business developmen team with general customerenquires when requested. Liaise with the Technical Project Manager on the status of Supplier Manuals, Work Instructions and timelines for completion including manufacturing bottlenecks. Track the progress of samples requested from suppliers Providetechnical drawings and supporting evidence for tender opportunities. Assist in the technical sampling , and the creation of tender submission packs, to support tender bids (which may include samples, technical documents, tender responses and presentations). Create test protocols in line with customer requirements Liaise with suppliers to resolve problems, update relevant technical records, and obtain technical information for supporting tender submissions. Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security. Maximize efficiency by supporting Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities. This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Previous administration experience to include maintenance of records Experience of Quality Testing based on customer and business specifications Experience of presenting technical information to internal stakeholder Desirable HND/degree or equivalent in a design or engineering or a closely related discipline Administration experience includes Health and Safety documentation Previous Technical experience, for example ISO 9001, AS9100D or other industry standards Experienced Adobe Suite user.
