D365 CE Technical Consultant

London - Hybrid, (2 days a week)

Nigel Frank International are partnered with a forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are looking to add a skilled Technical Consultant to their Business Applications team.

They are looking for someone with hands-on experience, designing scalable solutions, utilising pro-code and low-code approaches, automating key business processes and customising the system to suit business needs.

Responsibilities -

• Design, customise, and extend D365 solutions using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, APIs, Power Platform components, and Azure services.
• Lead technical reviews, oversee solution deployment, and guide a team of developers through the full application lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, deliver enhancements, and ensure high‑quality technical and functional design standards.
• Apply strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to optimise CRM modules, Power Apps Portals, and integrated business processes.

Experience -

• Proven hands‑on experience designing, customising, and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and integration APIs.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, solution design, and the wider Power Platform (Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience delivering technical solutions end‑to‑end, including code reviews, solution deployment, and working within full application lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.
