Advertised wage: £32,500-37,500 depending on experience.

Brand Organic is looking to hire an organised Technical, Compliance & Supply Chain Manager who is keen to have a direct impact by implementing their knowhow in a dynamic and fast-paced company.

The role would be split between technical and supply chain responsibilities, working alongside the Wholesale Manager and under the supervision of the Operations Director to maintain the high technical standards and relevant certifications that the company currently upholds, as well as facilitating and improving the growing flow of orders into customers.

The role would include, but not be limited to:

Managing & maintaining the company’s BRCGS certification including monitoring and updating the Quality Management System as required. Label and legal checks for new and existing products to ensure compliance with UK legislation. Liaising with both customers and brands on technical issues. Acting as point of contact for regulatory bodies and reporting any issues arising. Managing organic and Demeter audits and certification. Compiling and reporting operational KPIs.
