As a Technical Compliance Manager, you'll work in the Technical Compliance Team to ensure that our international business complies with regulations across various jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Italian regulations. Current jurisdictions include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Romania, and Ontario, with others planned for the future.

What you will be doing:

1. Providing advice and interpretation of technical regulations and requirements, and assisting in resolving technical compliance issues.
2. Designing solutions and controls to address technical issues.
3. Acting as the interface with regulators and external auditors as required.
4. Advising and supporting the group during technical certifications and compliance audits.
5. Handling regulator issues and requests, as well as internal tasks.
6. Providing technical guidance and assistance on new products and ideas.
7. Testing systems and controls to ensure they meet required standards.
8. Obtaining and verifying evidence to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Applying experience in technical compliance, audit processes, and regulations within an Italian jurisdiction.
10. Communicating technical information clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
11. Organising and prioritising work effectively, considering the wider business context.
12. Managing relationships with business users, system and network administrators, and software developers.
13. Having knowledge of key gaming concepts and working to deadlines.
14. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and working with systems analysts and developers.
