About the Role

As a Technical Compliance Assistant, to complete investigations and root cause analysis, complete risk assessments and have a vital role in completing internal audits. You will also deal with complaints, manage customer code of practices as well as having a role in promoting and developing a food safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Investigations and Root Cause Analysis: Administrative duties for all KPI incident and CAD reporting i.e., trend analysis, board slide, T4 presentation, customer etc. Training: Complete gap analysis on Technical training requirements. Build technical training risk assessment External visits / contact: Ensure good preparation for successful technical visits (Forms completed, rooms bookings., hospitality set up, PPE preparation etc.) Support the Technical Team with meetings, administration, hospitality arrangements for Retail and Certifications Risk Assessments: Ensure schedules i.e., environmental swabbing and testing, calibration, raw material testing are carried out as per stated frequency.
