Technical Business Analyst (Telecoms)

A leading organisation is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive end-to-end analysis, documentation, and technical alignment across a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives in the telecoms domain.

You’ll act as a crucial bridge between business and technology—translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and working closely with development, architecture, QA, and transformation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities: Elicit and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation, including API specs, data flows, and integration plans. Analyse telecom systems (OSS/BSS) and data models, identifying areas for improvement or innovation. Run technical workshops and walkthroughs with cross-functional stakeholders. Use SQL and scripting tools for data validation and solution testing. Contribute to systems design, data modeling, and test case development. Support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business expectations.
