We encourage you to contribute to our expansion plans while focusing on your personal and professional development.Salary: £40,000.00 - £46,000.00 per annumAbout the roleThis role is 40 hours per week and mainly office‑based, but flexibility is needed.The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for quoting and overseeing all technical aspects of any event. You will manage allocated technicians and ensure that all staff are adequately briefed and prepared for forthcoming events in a timely manner. You will support clients in all technical areas of an event. This will involve extensive pre‑production work prior to event sign‑off to include technical quotations, scale plans, set design, set visuals, H&S requirements and rigging sign‑off.Regular client meeting & site visitsInterpreting and developing the brief with the clientProducing quotes and agreeing budgetsManaging project timelines and schedulesEnsuring project documentation is updated, including risk assessments and method statementsManaging suppliers and other 3rd partiesOverseeing delivery of the event, working with other departments to ensure post‑production activities are completedAbout youThe ideal candidate will have experience as a project manager in corporate AV and be passionate about working in the audio‑visual field and delivering exceptional service to clients.Quick thinking and problem‑solving abilities to handle unexpected situations.Excellent client‑facing and communication skills to provide exceptional service.Have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A can‑do attitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.Possession of a full, valid UK driving license with no more than 3 points plus eligibility to drive long‑wheelbase vans.As events often present changing demands and priorities, your flexibility and excellent time management skills will be crucial.Knowledge of Rigging.BenefitsShowing some appreciationLoyalty bonusTeam social events throughout the yearPaid overtime28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus 1 extra day per year of service up to 25.Learning & DevelopmentExcellent training and career opportunitiesCommitment to developing our teamIf you are passionate about advancing your career in the AV industry and believe you have what it takes to be a valuable addition to our team, we invite you to apply today.
