Your Responsibilities (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

• Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues, providing advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long-term corrective actions.
• Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.

Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

• Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving
• Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems
• Root cause analysis and fault detection handling
• Able interpret automotive wiring diagrams
• Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks
• Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.
• Computer skills proficiency and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Extremely detail oriented.
