- Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues, providing advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long-term corrective actions.
- Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.
- Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving
- Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems
- Root cause analysis and fault detection handling
- Able interpret automotive wiring diagrams
- Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks
- Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.
- Computer skills proficiency and excellent written and spoken communication skills. xbpsjku
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Extremely detail oriented.
