Position: Technical Assists Engineer Location: Gaydon, UK (5 Days a week from office) 6 months contract position The Role You will be responsible for analysing, managing, and coordinating support for complex customer facing technical issues, and deliver efficient product diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair information Your responsibilities: Organise, track, and manage incoming technical issues, providing advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long - term corrective actions. Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.
