Technical Assistant

Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

The client, is a regional House builder, working in the Wiltshire area. They have an opportunity for a candidate looking for a career in Technical Coordination. You will be instrumental in supporting the pre-development/technical team by managing, communicating, and maintaining project information and documentation.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage documentation for multiple projects, ensuring all documents are named, uploaded accurately, and follow approval processes.

Conduct quality assurance checks on all uploaded information, ensuring documents are up-to-date and complete prior to audits.

Coordinate with consultants and external agencies on planning, technical, and engineering design matters, liaising between the business and various authorities and service providers.

Prepare, manage, and issue all Home User Guides, OMS manuals, health & safety guides, and liaise with site delivery teams regarding handover information and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The client is seeking a candidate looking for a role in Technical Coordination, so experience in the house building or construction, with an ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and documents.
