Shaping and owning the strategic technical product roadmap Acting as the SME between engineering, product, and senior stakeholders Leading the development of NLP‑driven products and AI‑powered customer experiences Translating business needs into clear, measurable, secure technical requirements Monitoring product performance and driving continuous optimisation Bringing new technologies and trends into the product development lifecycle Managing risk, governance, and alignment with organisational policies Influencing cross‑functional teams and leading multi‑year assignments Coaching, supporting, and developing less experienced specialists Making strategic recommendations at VP level

Key experience needed
