Technical Advisor – Work from Home!

The role:

Technical Support for this leading manufacturer of fire rated board into the construction industry.

You will be required to provide technical assistance to customers (contractors), developing solutions for system and product selection, as well as installation guidance, and troubleshooting.

You will ensuring accurate technical information is provided to customers and the internal teams.

Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure delivery of projects, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your experience:

You will have previous experience in technical support within the construction or building materials industry, ideally with a knowledge of fire protection systems or insulation or drylining products

You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
