The Technical Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Technical Manager and the wider technical team by delivering high-quality administrative and operational assistance. This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of FRG’s deployed security and technical systems, including CCTV and related infrastructure.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and effective collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
About the RoleSystem Integrity and Monitoring
Conduct regular integrity checks on deployed CCTV and associated security systems, identifying and reporting faults or inconsistencies. Monitor system performance and ensure all equipment is operating to agreed standards. Document findings and escalate technical issues to the Technical Manager or engineers for action.
Work Allocation and Scheduling
Utilise BigChange software to allocate and manage workstreams for engineers, ensuring jobs are prioritised and completed on time. Track job progress and completion reports, ensuring accurate updates in BigChange. Liaise with engineers to confirm task requirements and resolve scheduling confl...
