The Technical & Administration Supervisor Role: We are looking for a Technical & Administration Supervisor to support the Service Manager and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our busy Service Centre. This is a varied position combining technical understanding, customer contact and operational coordination. Occasional work outside standard hours (08:0016:30) may be required. This role offers a clear progression path into senior leadership within the group once you have mastered the full scope of day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities of the Administration Supervisor: Handle incoming customer enquiries regarding collections, deliveries and job progress Place stock orders and source parts to meet engineer requirements Issue jobs and support engineering teams in the Service Managers absence Maintain holiday records and assist with basic HR administration Monitor workshop throughput and support workflow scheduling<...
