Technical & Administration Officer Scottish Amateur Football Association (SAFA) Salary £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering on a retained basis with the Scottish Amateur Football Association for the role of ‘Technical & Administration Officer’. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong IT and admin skills – or a recent sports-related graduate – looking to take their first step into the football industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting the COMET administration system (used across Scottish football), managing key competitions, and leading SAFA’s online and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities: Lead on the COMET System (training provided), supporting clubs/leagues with access and queries Administer online competitions including the Scottish Amateur Cup and Sunday Trophy Manage and update the SAFA website and social media channels Create and share bulletins, match info, digital content, and statistical reports Liaise with club officials, volunteers, and stakeholders across grassroots football Promote digital engagement and help modernise SAFA’s communication and operations
