Technical Account ManagerField Based - ScotlandOffice Base in Glasgow£55,000-£60,000 DOE + commissionAre you a BEMS professional ready to step off the tools and into a client-facing role? We're working with a well-established building controls specialist who is expanding their Scottish team, offering a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial growth.This role is ideal for engineers with 5+ years' experience in BEMS, who want to move into account management and sales without losing touch with the technical side of the business. You'll be working across Scotland managing an existing portfolio of accounts while helping to grow new business.What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of service and project accountsAct as the main point of contact for clients, following up on engineer visits and ensuring issues are resolved promptlyIdentify opportunities for system upgrades, improvements, and future projectsProduce technical proposals, estimates, and forecastsBuild strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end usersContribute to account strategy, business reviews, and growth initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer servicewith flexibility to work from home. What We're Looking For 5-10 years hands-on BEMS experienceRelevant electrical or mechanical qualificationsStrong technical knowledge of building energy management systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyPassion for technology and delivering solutionsFull UK driving licencePrevious sales experience is not essential, the focus is on technical credibility and the desire to grow commercially.
