What You’ll Do Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and protocol-level talent) Source and engage top candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and other niche channels Qualify and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit Manage pipelines from first contact through to offer acceptance Share insights and feedback to improve our sourcing tools, processes, and platform

About You 2+ years’ experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house) Proven success placing engineers and technical specialists (Web3 experience a bonus, but not essential) Skilled at sourcing beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, with the creativity to find niche talent Strong interpersonal skills: personable, reliable, and attentive...
