Senior - Lead level Ruby Engineer - Fast-paced growing startup!
Location: Central London (3 times a week)
Salary: £90-100k + equity depending on experience
About my client: My client is a Tech for Good SaaS startup that is investment-backed and profitable. They are looking to scale their small but experienced tech team in London. (Multiple hires!)
Role: We are looking for a talented Senior-Lead Level Full Stack/ Backend Engineer. They want to find candidates who are passionate about making an impact and taking ownership of what they build. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish for more room to grow currently.
There won't be official squads to lead currently, but based on the trajectory of the company and hiring plans, there could be some opportunities that could open up for Lead/ Staff/ Principal level - as long as you are still open to being hands-on.
Responsibilities:
Develop and their applications using Ruby (Hotwire) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Ruby development. Strong understanding of web development principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Passionate about building high-quality features and products
