Tearoom Manager The Secret Garden Tearoom are Hiring. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, cable person to join our team as a manager and oversee expansion. At our tearoom located at Standard Quay- ME13 7BS, known for its homemade cakes, scones, and friendly atmosphere. What You'll Be Doing: Managing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service Supervising, training, and motivating a small front-of-house team. Coordinating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service Managing stock, ordering supplies, and monitoring costs Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards Assisting with marketing, promotions, and occasional events What We are Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality or café/tearoom management Professional, business attitude. A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety (Level 2 or 3 preferred) Weekend availability.
