Team Manager required for work within the Care Experienced Young People's team Service in the Bournemouth area on the beautiful Dorset coast. Pay rate £45.92ph, Contract for 3- 6 months initially 37 hours per week. Flexible hybrid working.

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Care Experienced Young People's Team, supporting young people as they prepare for independence and transition into adulthood. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people leaving care.

* Lead and manage a team supporting care-experienced young people aged 16+. * Oversee pathway planning, ensuring young people are prepared for independence. * Support young people with key areas including education, employment, housing, health, and finances. * Ensure high-quality practice and compliance with statutory responsibilities. * Provide supervision, guidance, and support to team members. * Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support.

The team works with young people from the age of 16, helping them plan for their future and transition into independent living. Support continues up to the age of 21, or longer where young people remain in education or require ongoing assistance.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
