Coach and motivate a small team of customer processing advisors Drive engagement, efficiency and success of a team reporting into the contact centre manager. Take ownership of stock control, supplier relationships, and global coordination. Use data insights to solve problems and implement scalable solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver excellence. Key Skills and Experience of Team Leader:

Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulated operations. A natural ability to energise and influence teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence in managing stock, suppliers, and workflow. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
