Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider applicants that hold a full driving licence. As a Team Leader, you'll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of support staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You'll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.
