Pay rate: £30,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday. 9am-5:30pm
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with a cluster of individuals we support across the West Midlands region . The primary purpose of the Team Leader (TL) is to support the Complex Care Manager (CCM) to ensure the capability and standards of service delivered by Support Workers.Critical within this role and underpinning the delivery, is the need to operate both flexibly and reliably, whilst fiercely ensuring Acuity Care Groups values around person centred care are never compromised and that all regulatory compliance standards are diligently adhered to.
What will your shift involve?
Localised Recruitment - Supporting the CCM and Recruitment Partners with interviews, coordinating and attending introductions with new Support Workers and the people that we support.You will also build a strong relationship with the recruitment partners to ensure correct information is being relayed at all times.
Quality of Service - Assist the Service delivery planner with the preparation of monthly rotas on an adhoc basis as required.Do so in a timely manner for support workers, and ensure all clients receive service as designated in their care plan.Attend meetings as required (for exa...
