We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Team Leader for a childrens home in Hatfield (AL10). This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead and support a dedicated team providing high-quality care to children and young people. The children home is registered to provide support for children and young people who have emotional, complex, social and behavioural needs. The ethos of the childrens homes is to provide safety and stability to children in a time of great difficulty and change, enabling them to continue with everyday life even though they may be facing tough challenges.
