At Richmond, WithYou works closely with lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, St Mungos and the charity CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services) providing free and confidential support to adults in Richmond experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. A s a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working as required. The salary follows a fixed incremental pay scale, this starts at £34,000 per year, rising each year in line with our salary progression bands, up to £40,000 per year.
