We’re looking for a driven, hands-on, people-focused Team Leader to manage our scheduling and customer service operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering essential health and safety services across the UK — ensuring contractors are where they need to be, when they need to be there, and clients receiving exceptional service throughout the process.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and coach a customer service and scheduling team delivering health & safety services UK-wide.
* Take an active role in day-to-day scheduling — sleeves up, leading from the front. Ensure accurate job booking and contractor allocation in line with service timelines.
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s and performance check-ins with team members.
* Motivate the team to meet KPIs, service targets, and quality benchmarks. Train and onboard new team members effectively.
* Monitor progress daily to ensure jobs are booked and confirmed without delay.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.
* Coordinate with field-based contractors and internal departments.
