MaximisationofServiceUserinterestsbyliaisingwithinternalandexternalstakeholders
Development,maintenanceandimplementationofapersoncentredsupportplanforeachServiceUser
PersonaldeliveryofphysicalandmentalsupporttoServiceUsers
MonitoringandmaintenanceofsafeguardingtherightsanddignityofeachServiceUser
RoutineassessmentandcommunicationofServiceUserdevelopmenttointerestedstakeholders
EffectivecontrolofServiceUserfinancialsandhousebudgets
FosteringofapositiveenvironmentinwhichServiceUsersandstaffactivelyengage
Establishingandensuringregularconductofopenandtransparenttwo-waycommunicationwithServiceUsersandstaff
Maintainingthecleanliness,quality,securityandsafetyofeachhomeandindividualserviceuseraccommodation
Provisionofmanagementandsupervisiontosubordinatestaff
Respondtoemergenciesandprovideguidanceandsupporttosubordinatestaff
Activelyengaginginperformanceanddisciplinemanagementtomaximisestaffperformanceandassurecompliancewithcompanyprocedures
Conductingofstafftrainingneedsanalysisandtheco-ordinationanddeliveryoftrainingtomaximisestaffcompetence
Developingandimplementingofstaff-rotasensuringthatappropriatestaffcoverisavailabletoServiceUsers
Successfullyachievingtheindividualobjectivessetbythecompany
Accomplishingself-auditsandpro-activelyengageinexternalcomplianceaudits
Enhancingcurrentoperationsthroughcontinuousimprovement

Qualifications:Thefollowingqualification,skillsandexperiencearerequiredforthisrole:
PreferenceforRMNgrade3/4andNVQLevel3orequivalentinHealthandSocialCarewithaminimumoftwoyearsexperienceofcare-workingwithinasupportedlivingenvironment.AndworkingtowardsQCF/NVQLevel4LMA.
Stronglivingskillsthatcanbetransferredtoserviceusersi.e.alldailylivingskillsetc.
CompetenceintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandInternetapplications
StrongEnglishspoken,listeningandwrittencommunicationskills
