Job Description Job Title: Team Leader
Location : Northampton
Salary : £30,600 plus £55 per sleep ins
Hours: Eiither 7am-10pm or 8am-11pm, 3 shifts a week on a 3-week rolling rota.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Team Leader to join a new residential home, providing high-quality residential care to children aged 717 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours.
About the Role
As a Team Leader you'll help create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of the young residents.
Key Responsibilities Support children with day-to-day routines, personal care, and activities
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans and reports
Administer medication and ensure all policies are followed
Take part in household duties and encourage independence
Act as a key worker and provide regular one-to-one support
Respond to emergencies and implement safeguarding procedures
Work in partnership with families, social workers, and professionals
Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision

What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people
Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Driving Licence is strongly favourable...
