Team Leaders Children's Residential Home (EBD) Location: Redditch | Pay: £15.50 £17.00 per hour | Type: Full-time
We're launching our first Children's Home in Redditch, registered for 4 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and we're looking for passionate Team Leaders to join our founding team.
What you'll bring:
18+ months experience in children's residential care
Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Full UK Driving Licence
A genuine passion for helping children thrive
What we offer:
£15.50 £17.00 per hour
2-ON 4-OFF shift pattern (7am 10:30pm with sleep-ins paid at £70)
