\nPosition: Team EA (Ongoing Temp - Perm)
\nSalary: £20 - £22 p/h
\nHybrid set up: 3 days in office/2 days wfh

\nKey responsibilities for this position:

    \n\t
  • Review and streamline internal administrative procedures across the Digital Transformation Department
  • \n\t
  • Manage procurement, payment processing, and cost allocations for IT equipment and services
  • \n\t
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers negotiating contracts and organising meetings
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate equipment logistics, including purchasing, stock control, disposal, and mobile/PC rollout projects
  • \n\t
  • Support internal training, business travel, and IT system deployments across EMEA
  • \n\t
  • Serve as the go-to contact for mobile phone administration and IT device contract support
  • \n
\n\n

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in IT department
  • \n\t
  • Knowledge of expense and invoice processing
  • \n\t
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • \n\t
  • Solid communication skills and ability to liaise confidently across vendors and internal teams
  • \n\t
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • \n\t
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and expense management systems
  • \n
