Up to £60K, depending on experience

Fully office based, possible WFH once established

The Client:

A European private equity firm are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support their PE team of around 7 professionals, on either an FTC or temporary basis until the end of 2025.


The Team Assistant Role:

  • Extensive diary management, including arrangement of complex meetings across various time zones.
  • Arranging complex international travel.
  • Inbox management.
  • Provide input to ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Comprehensive administrative support, including handling documents and managing phone lines.
  • Coordination of internal and external events.


The successful Team Assistant must:

  • Have a flexible, proactive approach, and past experience as a Team Assistant, preferably within financial services.
  • Have experience dealing with calendar management, international travel coordination, expense reconciliation and ad hoc tasks.
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have the desire to take on additional responsibilities over time.


The Details and Benefits:

  • Standard hours are 9am to 6pm.
  • Salary up to £60k, depending on experience.

  • In-person initially, but eventually hybrid with possibility to WFH up to 1 day a week.
