A vibrant and creative film, TV, and theatre production company is seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant/Runner to provide temporary support during a period of annual leave.

This unique role spans both business and private support for the company’s Founders, working across multiple locations in East and North London.

This development and production group is known for championing bold, socially relevant storytelling across stage and screen. With a dynamic team and a strong creative identity, the company thrives on passion, pace, and purpose.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring flexibility, initiative, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping the office space stocked, tidy, and visitor-ready
\n\t
• Supporting internal events and external functions
\n\t
• Scheduling meeting spaces and providing light diary assistance
\n\t
• Updating internal spreadsheets and providing basic IT/admin support
\n\t
• Assisting with the organisation and cataloguing of an art collection
\n\t
• Coordinating and preparing thoughtful gifts
\n\t
• Helping with arrangements for private lunches and social engagements
\n
