Buckden Partners is supporting a leading UK property finance provider. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team in London.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, and supporting the team in their administrative and operational needs
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of team
  • Drafting testimonials
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives/team


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organied, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
