Empowering Learning is recruiting qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or Level 3) to work across a range of mainstream primary schools. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including general classroom support, small-group work, and 1:1 support where required.

Whether you're looking for long-term consistency, part-term work, or flexible daily supply, we work closely with you to find a role that suits your experience and availability.

The Role May Include:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Small-group and in-class support

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery

Supporting behaviour, engagement and routines

Delivering interventions in literacy and numeracy

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience in a UK primary school setting

A positive, reliable and adaptable approach

A clear understanding of safeguarding
