What you'll do as a Teaching Assistant:

* Support pupils across the primary curriculum
* Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support where needed
* Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines
* Encourage pupil engagement and confidence

What we're looking for in a Teaching Assistant:

* Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting)
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
